IFTA publications are made available to non-IFTA members for purchase.
The IFTA Legal Committee and the IFTA Legal Department draft the IFTA Model International Licensing Agreements ("MILA") and other materials and guides on licensing and rights management.
The MILA has long set the standard for licensing international rights in motion pictures and television programming. The model agreements were first published in 1986, and have since been updated in 1994, 2000, 2005, 2007 (with an Internet and Wireless Rider), and 2010 to keep pace with the evolving marketplace.
Brief descriptions of the current IFTA publications available for purchase are provided below.
